30th. ANNUAL PAKISTAN FESTIVAL USA 2016

 

Dear Prospective Vendor:

 

On behalf of the Pakistan Festival USA, we are pleased to inform you that the 29th Annual Pakistan Independence day Festival USA to celebrate the 68th Anniversary of Pakistan independence at Bull Run Regional Park • 7700 Bull Run Drive Centreville, VA 20121..

 

The Pakistan Festival USA has become a family tradition that makes us all proud.  Last year, the Washington Post rated the festival as the best cultural festival in D.C. area. Thousand of families joined us from all over the United States. From the lively cultural performance by popular artists to the delicious Pakistani cuisine, handicrafts, jewelry and lot of entertainment for children would be available to the visitors of all ages. This is a non commercial event and there is no admission fee and the festival is open to the public.

 

This year, once again, our desire is to showcase a wide variety of products, arts and craft that will attract a wide range of visitors.  You are invited to reserve a space with or without a tent based on your spacing needs.  The Festival Committee is pleased to offer a few sponsorship packages that will productive and fit in your budget.  Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the package and price. The price of packages shall not apply to food or beverage items.

 

Please note that we have a limited space and it will be assigned on First Come First Served basis. The Festival Committee will confirm your space and provide festival day logistics in mid July. Guidelines for vendors and parking permits will also be mailed by that time. Please fill out this form or mail your Vendor Participation Form to 9108 Autumn Oak Court, Fairfax Station, VA 22039. Please write on the envelope “Attention – Vendor Relations “.

In order to guarantee your participation, we request you to complete this form and return it along with your check payable to PAKISTAN FESTIVAL by June 30th.2015.

 

Please note the assignment of the space will be on the first come first served basis.  The booths will be set up with a tag designated to each vendor.  Please do not ask festival organizers to change your location.  All tables must have a table cover.  Vendors are responsible for their table covers.

 

There is no electricity, please do not plan to use electrical equipment unless you bring your own power source. 

 

Please arrive at the festival site between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.  Vendors arriving after 10:30 AM may loose their space.
